Rangers look set to have a busy summer transfer window

Rangers have had quite a successful season, winning the Scottish Cup, finishing second in the league to rivals Celtic and runners up in the Europa League final. Many Rangers fans have been placing their football transfer bets on whom they think will join or leave the club during the summer transfer window and many of them have been using betting sites not on gamstop due to the large market that is available for them to choose from. We can expect to see many players coming and going from the club during the summer transfer window and only time will tell what new players are signed.

The summer transfer window

The summer transfer window in the Scottish league looks set to be a busy one with teams looking to hunt down Celtic next season and challenge them to the title that they won this season. The summer transfer window is usually the busiest one out of the summer and winter windows with teams looking to sign new players in time for their pre-season matches that are due to start in a few months.

Rangers have been linked with many players from different clubs with them looking to improve their squad for the up-and-coming season. Rangers finished behind Celtic in second place in the league which saw them miss out on winning the title and they also fell short in the Europa League final after losing on penalties which were hard for the fans to take.

Who will the club sign?

The club have been linked with many players from different clubs across different leagues and we can expect to see a few outgoings as well with players like Aaron Ramsey looking set to leave the club after only being there for one season and not performing to his usual standards. Rangers will be looking to bring in new players that can immediately help to improve the squad and to make sure that they are challenging Celtic for the title next season.

The budget available depends on how many players they can sell to help them have a large transfer pot to sign new players with the hope of selling a few first-team players for large fees. There are rumours that quite a few of the first teams will be sold to make way for some younger and exciting players that have been scouted from different leagues across the world.

There are high expectations for the Rangers to sign some good quality players after they have finished the season well and will be able to attract better players after qualifying to play in the European leagues again next season.
