    Today's Results

Well, what a day in the Premiership, especially down at the bottom end and with the battle for European spots heating up! Let's dive right in.

First up, we saw Dundee grab a vital three points at home, beating St Mirren 1 - 0. That's a massive result for Stephen Pressley's men as they look to pull clear of the play off spot. St Mirren, meanwhile, slide down to that dreaded 11th spot and they face a cup final against Kilmarnock in Paisley next weekend as they bid to climb back out to safety.

Next, a comprehensive victory for Kilmarnock at Rugby Park, as they dispatched Dundee United 3 - 0. A huge win for Neil McCann's side that took them up to 10th and they will be relishing that trip to face the Saints on Saturday.

In the Top Six as Falkirk stunned Motherwell with a narrow 1 - 0 win at home. That gives the Bairns a very real chance of catching Hibs for 5th now, with just 2 points separating the sides.

    Next Fixtures

Looking ahead, Dundee will be hoping to build on their momentum when they host Livingston – a massive six-pointer for both sides. St Mirren face a tough ask as they travel to Kilmarnock, a game that could have huge implications for both clubs' survival hopes. Dundee United will be looking to get back to winning ways when they visit Aberdeen. In the Top Six, Falkirk will aim to continue their impressive run at home against Hibernian, while Motherwell have a stern test as they welcome league leaders Hearts to Fir Park.
