Trackdaybob
Yeah, I think Trump will only get stronger. Hawkins looks like he's got more misses in him.

Trackdaybob
Delighted for Hawkins Really hope he does it tomorrow.
Slacker
Two excellent semi finals. Also hope Hawkins can do it, he seems a great, unassuming guy. Predict he’ll do much better than his previous Masters final anyway…
GiGi
Superb from Hawkins. It's really been a good tournament this year. Only shock has been Hawkins bodying Selby but not so surprising when you consider Selby opening up to some mental health problems he's been having. I hope he gets back to his best on and off the table as he did not look at all well in his last match. Good final lined up and I hope Hawkins gets it. Too good a player not to win something major.
Trackdaybob
I thought Selby looked terrible during that match with Hawkins. I do hope he recovers.
Trackdaybob
Here we go then. Looking forward to this.
Hedgecutter
Ken Doherty reminds me a bit of Austin Purcell from Father Ted, mixed with the one with the more boring voice. I'd imagine if it wasn't for snooker then he'd be talking about how he runs the gas off the electricity and the electricity off the gas to save two hundred pounds a year. That and his new boiler.
Trackdaybob
Hawkins needs to start winning in one visit because you know at some point, Robertson will and he'll be left behind.
GiGi
Hawkins has been very poor here. 83% pot success in a Masters final is never going to cut it. Wasting good chances all day.
Connor7
Hawkins has been very poor here. 83% pot success in a Masters final is never going to cut it. Wasting good chances all day. He has had chances in the majority of frames. To win tournaments like this, you have to kill the frame in one visit. Gifting Robertson frames
Trackdaybob
Felt a bit for Hawkins. A lot of the time he never had the white 'on a string'. Did he just run out of steam? I said earlier in the tournament that Robertson was unexpectedly missing more than usual. Unfortunately, Hawkins was unable to take advantage. After the semi's, the final was a wee bit dull I felt. Still a great tournament though. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
GiGi
Felt like Hawkins was altogether too happy with just getting to the final. He's been in a few big finals and always seems to get bodied in the end. Robertson was showing weakness most of the day but Hawkins was poor, got to feel most other players in the top 16 would at least have ran him close.
Trackdaybob
German Masters on Eurosport this afternoon. First semi sees Walden 3-1 up v Zhao. Zhao not carrying yesterday's form v Trump into today. So far anyways.
Connor7
Repeat of the masters final tonight. This time in the players championship resuming at 7. Currently 5-3 Robertson in a race to 10, I can’t see the outcome being any different from the masters final. 10-6 Robertson would be my prediction
Trackdaybob
I think this time round, Hawkins is playing a good bit better. Still expect Robinson to come out on top. Stuck a pound on Hawkins 10-8
GiGi
Canter for Robertson in the end. Giving some big licks to someone presumably being a dick in the crowd.
Trackdaybob
Yes, similar to The Masters really. Hawkins just didn't have enough. Did chuckle at the end
Trackdaybob
European Masters QF. Dott v Day. f**k me it's as pish as I've seen in a long time. Really don't care who wins it now. They won't be winning it overall.
Trackdaybob
Ding currently 32 in the rankings I did not realise he's faded so badly recently.
