Jute
Not the random game I intended going to but due to my inability to read a bus timetable ended up at Edinburgh City v Bo’ness United today instead of Dunbar. City winner was a great strike but overall Bo’ness probably unlucky not to get a replay.
Priti priti priti Patel
I am heading to QPR v Sunderland in the Carabao Cup tonight. A chance to tick a ground which has had murmurs of going the Griffin Park way for several years, possibly witness an upset with Sunderland faring well in League One at present, and see Dumfries' greatest son/wife stealer Lyndon Dykes in action.

Craig fae the Vale
St Peter's u20s 0-0 BSC Glasgow u20s (BSC win 4-3 on penalties). Pretty turgid stuff, and mercifully it went straight to penalties, as we could have played all night and no one would have scored. Very disappointed in St Peter's, I thought they'd offer more being top of their conference.
Le Tout P'ti FC
Edinburgh College v Bathgate Thistle at the Oriam spaceship (outdoors synthetic pitch). 11th (bottom) v 8th in Conference X.Crowd maybe 25. Hard to say who has paid in and who is part of the hingers on. Three cameras filming this, and I have definitely seen films at the GFT or the Cameo which have been made with fewer. Scoreless at HT, the game isn't the best, but I'm enjoying looking at the spaceship, and had a lovely walk around the HWU campus before the game, so all is good here.EDIT - finished 3-0. Some nice goals in second half.
Jute
Rotherham United 5-1 Sunderland. First visit to Rotherham’s new stadium. Great stadium if a little on the small side. Rotherham totally out played Sunderland today and were deserving of their margin of victory. Edited October 30, 2021 by Jute
Marten
Lochee United got called off and I wanted to see some football anyway. I ended up seeing two halves of two different games. First Leith Athletic 3-2 Kennoway Star Hearts, not a great ground so at HT when it was 2-1 I went nextdoors to East Peffermill where East Kilbride were winning 2-1 against 10 men Edinburgh University. Good decision as I saw a spectacular second half. EK got 3-1 up and were cruising until they went down to 10 themselves. Final score was 4-4.

Marten
A proper double header today, as opposed to yesterday, now I actually saw two full games. From Petershill Park I went to Auchenhowie for Rangers women 0-1 Celtic.
German Jag
VfL Wolfsburg v. (Red Bull) FC Salzburg, Champions League Group Stage Match Day 4. An early kick-off game, so able to get back home via public transport. An enjoyable end to end game, with 3 well taken goals. Salzburg probably deserved a point, but such is life. Just over 16 thousand in attendance, with an almost full, noisy away section. Most of the Salzburg fans had travelled up on a football 'special' train. Fair fücks to them, must have been a long overnight journey back.
atfccfc
Not sure if all together random, as I'm a Celtic supporter. But went to see our Woman's team play for the first time this evening at Oriam against Hearts woman's team. 3-0 win for Celtic. Crowd about 200 or so.
