Marten
Hearts Women 1-2 Hamilton AcademicalToday I went to the Oriam for this game. First half wasn't the most attractive. There were just a handful of chances, including a penalty for the guests, but the Hearts goalkeeper made a great save. Second half was much more open. Hearts took the lead, but two more penalties gave Accies the win. The second penalty was deep into stoppage time and scored after a rebound. I found it very soft, so Hearts can definitely feel hard done by. Having said that, over the full 90 minutes Accies were the better side.

Jute
As it was a nice night decided to head out to watch Lothian Thistle Hutchison Vale v Crossgates Primrose. Finished 2-2. LTHV probably had the better of the chances but could not convert them. Has to be first time I watched a game at Ainslie Park where it’s not been freezing cold.
Marten
Bedlington Terriers 2-1 Easington CollieryToday is was in Northumberland for non-football related reasons. Obviously I couldn't resist going to a game anyway. So I went to Dr Pit Welfare Park for this game in the Northern League Division Two. Great game and a very friendly club.
Marten
I love all the groundhopping I've been doing and obviously my games with Lochee United. But nothing is better than going to your own team you grew up with. Excelsior Rotterdam 3-1 FC Dordrecht. My first visit in 3 years and the first time I have seen us win in 12 1/2 years (yes, the times I went since moving country I've always picked rubbish games, other than one in which we won promotion after a draw). Just amazing to finally be back and see everyone.(yes I know, non-random games you're going to for this pish etc. etc., but I couldn't resist posting this here)
Marten
SC Feijenoord 0-0 DHSCToday I went to the local community club in the area of Feijenoord. They are a separate club from the professional club just with local lads in the Dutch fifth tier. They share their ground with the women and U21 team of the professional club. The game wasn't great but the ground was good and it was a good afternoon out. The game played at the pitch next door was much busier as Feyenoord U19 were playing Ajax...
Jute
Sunderland 2-1 Accrington Stanley. Second trip this month as mate picked this as one he wanted to attend. Actually a really enjoyable game with both teams playing some nice football at times.
Scorge
FC United of Manchester 1 - 3 Stafford Rangers. Very bizarre game in which FCUM looked the slicker team, but couldn't finish and even with 10 men and pulled level after a pen, Stafford knocked in a couple of set pieces, and professionally and clinically saw them off. Really good set up here - was meant to be at the 'proper' Old Trafford for the cricket, but this did nicely instead. Very vocal home support with quite an eclectic range of songs, too. Sergeant Wilson
West Calder 2 Berwick Rangers 3. A really good game despite the ref needlessly sending off a West Calder player in the first half. Quite a basic but functional ground, with everything you need bar a few seats. I thought there might have been a bigger crowd from Berwick.
Craig fae the Vale
Argyle Wanderers 14-3 Cambuslang Colts. Bit of a one sided affair this one.
senorsoupe
Went to go see a live football match for the first time in 2 years to see Atletico Ottawa play against Halifax Wanderers (officially styled as HFX Wanderers but that sounds super pretentious to me). They don't open the North Side Stands for Atletico games but the South stands were decently full. Quality of this league is to be expected of a league where Fraser Aird is a top player, but it was a good day out. Halifax won 2-1 with an 89th minute winner after some dubious defending from Ottawa, I am sure that a lot of P&B'ers can understand that scenario!

Eednud
Last game of the season in South Australia State League 2. Adelaide University had to win to finish top and guarantee promotion. They ended up drawing 1-1 with Seaford Rangers 1 and finished second and into the play-offs for promotion. These pics are from the reserves game just before the main game. Uni won 4-0.
