Le Tout P'ti FC
Cappielow, going there tomorrow. Spending the night in Ayr and then a nice drive up the coast to Greenock! Great stuff, you'll love Cappielow, it's a real one off. Congratulations on completing the set, I've not managed it yet. I'm missing five.

I'm missing five.Fixtures worked out perfectly. I was looking forward most to Somerset Park and Cappielow. Now I get the chance to finish the 42 by doing both in the same weekend.

IrishBhoy
Went to Chelsea v Leicester a few weeks ago. Had no plans at all to attend but me and my pal were drinking in a pub on Fulham High Street and two guys we were speaking to offered us their season cards. They told us the atmosphere was awful and they only attend the ‘bigger’ games, but we thought they were at it and jumped at the chance to go for f**k all. We ended up leaving at half time and went back to the pub to hand back the cards. I’ve heard better atmospheres playing a game of Fifa, it was unreal. Leicester fans made a bit of noise as you would expect but the rest of the stadium was lifeless. That’s 4 EPL games I’ve attended now and none have been anything special, maybe I’m just unlucky.

I didn’t think it was beyond believable but obviously I was wrong. I could DM you a few pictures from inside the stadium. All from the first half obviously.
Herman Hessian
blyth spartans 2-3 hereford (national league north); really pleased with this one - the north east is a huge black hole for my football watching escapades, so great to tick off this famous old club; pity they're shite, really, hereford just about well organised enough to take advantage in a pretty low-standard match; ground's nice enough - big covered terrace to one side (like northwich's old drill field) rest of it fairly standard; social club was absolutely rammed before the game, at half time and afterwards; everyone pre-orders drinks for half time, and they set them all out on a big table with social club membership cards by each one, so you just march in and grab your pint(s) with no need to queue - marvellous stuff; ran out of programmes though, the b*****ds...

Saw them play Gateshead nearly 20 years ago when they were both in the same league. Dropped in about a year ago to take a few pictures, and the groundsman and the secretary were very friendly.

GNU_Linux
yup I hope its a two way thing and theres 'Visit Blyth' adverts somewhere in Pyonyang. Imagine some North Korean gets lucky enough to go abroad & their first experience of the west is a post-industrial Northumberland town.

I seen them play Carlisle in a friendly there. The bar experience was a bit more relaxed. I was stood right in the spot at the corner flat you were at.
