I'll nip up in a couple weeks see what goodies I can buy. I'll PM you on here see if you're about, can nip for a pint and a blether somewhere if you fancy mate. Nah, not quite that pricey. Think it's about £3.50 (maybe a bit more, but don't think it's over £4). Well worth it mind as it's ace! They've repeatedly sold out of it. Was in on Tuesday and got a can, amongst others. Must have dropped almost £100 in there since it opened! Aye, would be down for a pint and chatting pish some time.
DA Baracus
Quite nice but not really a Love Hearts beer/flavour. It's more of a strawberry and lime sour. An actual Love Hearts beer would be immense. Would recommend instead Brewdog's Puppy Love, which is a sherbert IPA (and one of my all time favourite beers). This is still a really good beer mind, just not what you would expect/want from one branded as Love Hearts. Vault City are absolutely brilliant at sours. Tremendous brewery and a new favourite of mine. Have had a few of theirs, with the Iron Brew being the best, but the Mango and Peach Bellini ones are excellent too. Discover Beers in Dundee has a good selection and I'm slowly working my way through them! My next post here shortly is also tremendous. Craig fae the Vale
Excellent beer but as as @DA Baracusjust said, it doesn't really taste like Love Hearts, which is a little disappointing but doesn't take away from how good it is. Vault City do sours better than just about anyone else.
pozbaird
Laid up with a bad back… one of those buggers that means you can’t sleep, can’t find a comfy position to sit for any length of time in… not the end of the world but fcuk, wish it would fcuk right off. Nothing for it but two large bourbons & coke. Real full-fat Coke, one block of ice. Jack Daniels Single Barrel Select, followed by a Woodford Reserve… a double. Apologies to all single malt drinkers. I know, I know, I’m a heathen. Still, absolutely bloody lovely.

Eednud
First time I can recall seeing this in a bottle shop here so had to buy some. Smooth, right amount of bitterness although slightly sweet. Worth buying once in a while.
Craig fae the Vale
In Aberdeen for a couple of days. Went to Brewdog Castlegate before dinner and had halves of their own Custom Shop and Pulp Patriot. Both very good. Also had halves of Three Hills Heidrun (pretty good) and Vault City's Love Hearts - which I loved in a can and was even better on draught. Stopped back in after dinner for some tins and am starting with the Passion Fruit version of Hazy Jane which I'm.enjoying immensely. Even if it is being drunk out of a coffee mug.

Eednud
A good read with a good beer. Mayday Hills Saison from Bridge Road Brewery, Beechworth Victoria. Very subtle fruitiness that doesn’t overpower it.
Eednud
Dehydrated walking down the road so a Coopers XPA out of that big tank with the purple circle. Good stuff when it’s 38.6C outside.
Craig fae the Vale
Was driving past Ellon so thought we'd pop into Brewdog HQ for lunch. Easy Punk (session version of original Punk) and Preach raspberry and peach sour in collaboration with Mammoth. Enjoyable half pints.
Eednud
Red IPA, a limited release from Big Shed Brewing. The train is an old Adelaide suburban train that locals called a Red Hen. No air conditioning other than windows and manual sliding doors. Seems the we’re in use until the 1990’s although I thought it was the 80’s. When smoking was banned on trains but still permitted in stations the seasoned smoker would have their fag in mouth and have it lit as before their feet he touched the platform. The beer is good.
