Paul Kersey
Bass Premium Pale Ale This is £1.10 a bottle in Asda. Not bad, but not as good as Deuchars or any modern craft IPA.

DA Baracus
Just back from Lidl: The two on the right aren't part of the beer festival, but are new in, so thought I'd give them a go.
Craig fae the Vale
Another one from.the Beer52 Scandinavian box. Decent pilsner from Norway's Lervig. Stopped into Lidl on the way home and picked up ten new ones. Will stop by Aldi tomorrow and hopefully they'll have some left.
Marshmallo
That Cold Town Pornstar Martini is rancid btw. Like when you accidentally spray deodorant in your mouth. -

Bairnardo
Not managed to avail myself of any of the beer festivals yet. I have however, several bottles of Augustiner and Tegernseer to enjoy my first drink in nearly 2 weeks later. A very happy return to the thread!

Craig fae the Vale
Ended up picking up another six from Aldi this afternoon, got some stash in my cupboard just now. One of which is the Cold Town Pornstar Martini. I'm actually looking forward to trying it to see if I think it's as bad as @Marshmalloand @Paul Kerseysay! Onto tonight, I have come home from a disappointing night for our under 20s and cracked open another beauty from Polly's. A brewery consistently at the top of their game.
aDONisSheep
Not seen anyone post this, but I got to visit Lidl in Maidenhead and have bought a plethora of beers. My opening gambit is Loch Lond Brewery’s Raspberry Sour pretty good but not as sour or good as their hibiscus sour of last year. They are good enough to go back and buy another 6/12 of though.

They sent different beers to Lidl in England which is a shame because I would have loved to try this one! My first one from Lidl is this West Coast IPA from 71. Pretty good but nothing groundbreaking.

I love the way that they didn't redecorate it when they took it over. Just left it as it was. For any Dundee residents, I noticed that there's a new beer shop away to open beside the Queen's Hotel. Looks promising, hopefully they'll get a good selection in. I visited Majestic Wine for the first time the other day. Pretty disappointing beer wise. Brewdog, Beavertown and very little else.
