Bairnardo
Have to echo the William's Bros shouts a couple of pages back. Everything I have tried from them has been very good. Anyway, aside from home brew I have had a few bottles of Weihenstephaner hefeweissbier of late and it's delicious. Very distinguishable hints of banana in it.
Bairnardo
Lastnight I had a Birds and Bees (William's Bros, very nice) and some sort of West Coast IPA. The highlight though was a New England IPA at a heady 7.2% ABV (Alcohol by volume)Delicious
Bold Rover
Birds and Bees is superb. Did you think it necessary on a drinking thread to explain what ABV stood for, Bairnardo?

Please elaborate As @Tynierose has kindly provided, the Weihenstephaner hefeweissbier gives me a severe dose of the Type 6 or 7s the following day. Like most wheat/white biers and my shitty bowels, to be honest.

Bairnardo
I bought a wine aerator last week as I have been convinced by folk at work it makes a big difference. Anyone have any views on this? Also, do you aerate white wine or just red?
