Yet more Aldi goodness! Orkney has 3 breweries now. The main one has been going for ages and you'll probably have seen their beers around. 

This is from the second biggest Orkney brewery. Smooth stuff and quite nice.

Yup, Aldi again!

Williams Brothers are probably my favourite Scottish brewery. Their beers are immense.

This is very nice but subtle. The flavours take place on the back of your tongue, so it's very much a supping ale. Gulping won't get you anywhere with this one.

It's Broughton again and it's Aldi again!

And, once again, it's a very similar flavour. There are subtle differences though, most prominently in the bitterness, which is increased slightly.

It's good.

Another great package design and story.

Loved this one. Very dark but not a stout. When you hear terms like 'toasted' and 'malted' then this is a perfect example. Very flavourable, strong aroma. Great stuff.
