What a game of rugby that was.

Big statement from the All Blacks

After watching the first test was discussing with the laddie whether we had a good chance to beat ABs if we were fully fit.  Going to pretend that never happened after the second test.

Rieko Ioane is some player

I do think that if we are at top of our game and NZ play like they have been then we have a chance to finally beat them. They have some good players individually but the front row is poor and they don’t seem to be clicking as a team.

Great win for Argentina in Christchurch. Los Pumas didn't even play that well. Not long after the NZ Union gave Ian Foster their backing. If Scotland have any ambition left under Toony then maybe we should be targeting a win in November.

What was also impressive was Nick White's moustache which just about got taken clean off by Faf de Klerk...

I’ve mentioned this before, but when Matt Williams was Scotland coach, he and his defensive assistant Steve Anderson hyped up the new “26 point plan” (it may have been 27, it was a fucking ridiculous number anyway).

None of those points seemed to be actually making a tackle on your opposite number, which, as Argentina proved yet again yesterday, is still the absolute key to anything.

Or, as Shaun Edwards would say, “Get off line and fooking smash them!”
