The high tackle has prevented the try, that's a yellow and a penalty try
It was explained after the Cowan-Dickie card in the Calcutta Cup game. If the player commits an offense (e.g the high tackle) then the referee has to remove the player from the equation and ask if a try would have been scored - I think it would given how close Price is to the line and the fact that the French player who holds up Price is the one who commits the high tackle.

That said, Darge is having some game.
