Guest Bob Mahelp Posted October 31, 2020 Share Posted October 31, 2020 Back to Scotland. I thought the last 10 minutes of the game today were the best I've seen a Scotland pack play for years. Usually it's us that gets screwed over by an opposition side that stuffs the ball up its jumper and grinds the clock down, but we did it to Wales today. Fantastic stuff. The game hinged on Scotland's substitutions...and all in a good way. Replacing the whole front row was a master stroke that negated instantly the tiny advantage Wales had gained in the scrum, and McInally was back to his absolute best when he came on....replacing a piss poor Frazer Brown and instantly shoring up the scrum and line out, as well as being superb in the loose.
