A normal Glasgow v Edinburgh game...in that the winner is normally shite and the win will do their season no good, and the loser is usually decent and this trips their whole campaign up,

Usually it's the other way around though.

Two new coaches for the Scotland team, Steve Tandy as assistant coach and Pieter de Villiers for the scrum. Matt Taylor has left to join Australia with immediate effect.

I'm ok with that. Btw was Matt Taylor not being touted as the new Glasgow coach few weeks back? Obviously that's not happening now, so who takes over from Rennie?

Its Danny Wilson thats taking over from Rennie - but this is looking like a proper clear out at Scotland after the world cup

To save another post, Kebble, Price and Tagive are the only changes for Glasgow for the 2nd Edinburgh game

On that note, are any of the project players becoming eligible for this season’s Six Nations?

It's not exactly great timing with the 6 nations being near, but Taylor has been the defensive coach for some time and Scotland's defence hasn't improved and has probably got worse under him, so a change was probably needed. This new guy is highly rated and did a great job with the Waratahs defence so we should be reasonably happy about this.
