Fcuk sake Manly. What the hell were you doing in that final 25 minutes today. Still can’t believe they self-destructed so badly against Souths today with ill-discipline, knock-ons, a truly self-inflicted defeat. As for DCE at the end with that kick, FFS. Amateur hour.

Fiji are relay up for this and are going in hard but fair.

Australia lucky to have 15  on the pitch as their number 14 hits the Fijian with a no arms tackle.

ITV at their best.  How many ex-england faces can we get involved in the studio and commentary team ??  Hope there's a full change for the France & NZ games.  Maggie Alfonso may have been the big bawz in the womens' WC years ago, but she's nothing more than "right on" ITV displaying their equality shit credentials.

Other than that, mon the underdogs (except Russia, Samoa v Scotland)

Two games into the tournament and several high tackles already going unpunished, two of which could have been red cards and didn’t even get yellow, one of which ended the game of the player being tackled through a HIA, is a very bad look for World Rugby and their insistence that they take player welfare around head injuries seriously.

I think the general public condemnation will mean refs will start taking action sooner than later.  Let's hope there's nothing contentious tomorrow that allows for a Scotland player to be victim of the new, updated harder approach.  Egalite and all that.

It really isn't a good look at all, especially as it's hard to shake the suspicion that if it had been a Russian or a Fijian doing it, the outcome would have been very different. Yato being taken out like that changed the game, any team would be weaker without him. It's not nice to see.

Anyway, France looking fantastic at the moment, some great attacking rugby.
