Bit of a fight back by Tonga as it was only 92-7 at FT. Argentina are in Australia and playing Sydney club side Randwick at Coogee Oval, 0=0 but it’s only being going for 7 mins.

ETA: 74-0 Pumas at FT. Full house of about 5,500. What was interesting was the number of people watching from balconies of buildings next to the ground and even standing on the pavement on streets overlooking the ground.

Last night had seen the likes of Maitland, Greig and Finn rested. The 2nd half was disrupted by loads of rolling typical of a WC wam-up.

Georgia played very well and will be wondering why the scoreboard finished the way it did. Discipline was a bit iffy and we had to arm wrestle a bit but we did deserve to win. 2nd half was far better from us though. We pulled away when Georgia tired a bit as we went up a gear.

NZ played the last 15 minutes with 14 players. No injuries or yellow cards. They withdrew a player just for practice.

It's a more open world cup than the last 2 but they're still firm favourites.

Bit of a weird one that no? Randwick aren't even one of the best Shute Shield sides.

It is but they have previous as they played the All Blacks in 1988 but they were probably the top club side back then.

Also just over 5300 at the game on Friday. Only the top teir of the West stand looked empty from my seat in the South stand. Shows that the team is playing lot better than about 5 years ago and hopefully we can continue to improve.

I reckon the Argies just wanted to visit Bondi and couldn't be arsed travelling any further for a game.

Possibly but I read today the connection is that both the Pumas and Jaguares train at Coogee Oval when they have games in Sydney.

Edinburgh Rugby have been given a building warrant for their new ground. It should be ready for the stare of the 220/21 season.

It’s already 18 centuries behind schedule?

I thought that the trams were a shambles but that’s ridiculous

Oh hang on. I see what’s happened here

As you were
