mozam76
Free Willy (yes, that is his nickname) has missed a few darts to take this 2nd set. It cannae be. Seriously. Poor second set there from both players, didnae look as if any of them wanted to win it!

The Naitch
Looking forward to Barney V Whitlock and Taylor V Webster... All graduates, one way or another, of the BDO system.

mozam76
Van de Wiel's doubles are really beginning to let him down. Those three attempts at x20 were rank rotten. Walton is scrapping to stay in this. EDIT - and he takes the third set. Edited January 2, 2010 by mozam76
Davis Love III
van de Wiel must be kicking himself..Walton looked there for the taking. Well done Walton though
The Naitch
Somehow John Boy has got himself into the lead ... van de Wiel will be scratching his head, he's been the better player so far.
tigerton
All graduates, one way or another, of the BDO system. Lewis was the only quarter finalist that wasnt a graduate of the BDO system in any way, I think. In fact, there are few talents that have emerged in PDC only.
Davis Love III
Shame this match hasn't been too great, but 2 good out of 3 isn't a bad ratio.
The Naitch
Willy has managed to bust 136. Walton seems determined to give him as many chances as he likes to take it out, though.

Which only goes to prove that the PDC needs the BDO to keep producing the talent that'll go onto bigger and better things in the PDC.

The only other one I can think of is Andy Hamilton.

Andyboy
Walton's farce at going for double 1 reminded me of myself trying to play darts. Not something you expect to see. This match has been of a fairly dreadful standard, van de Wiel looks the better player but even then!
