Reignman Posted July 6, 2019 Share Posted July 6, 2019 Having not cycled since I was a teenager I got a bike on cycle to work 5 years ago aged 28 for commuting, and I have used it almost exclusively for that purpose. Moved closer to the countryside late last year and when the good weather started this year got the urge to get out into the hills I could now see the sun beating down on from my house. Set myself a goal of getting from Bearsden up and over Crow Road over the campsies and back home and did it today, 39 mile round trip. Nothing compared to the real cyclists in this thread but chuffed with myself. Extra motivation from reading perthshire bells guff on this thread! statts1976uk Posted July 8, 2019 Share Posted July 8, 2019 Got my Di2 fixed at Leslie Bike Shop, a good clean out and all the cables reconnected seems to have done the trick. I think this started at the Etape Caledonia where the weather was chucking up lots of crap. Can all Category 3,4 and 5 offenders please provide evidence of where they've been cycling over the last couple days. Has to be said they’re showing more than a passing interest in one of the regular posters on this forum and his continual attempts at creating hatred towards them and other fellow cyclists, not to mention his illegal videoing activities.
