H_B
I like Tufnell. I'd ditch Vic Marks.
booitsme7
Good start by England getting 3 wickets before the rain.
scotfree
I like Tufnell. I'd ditch Vic Marks. Is that Skid Marks brother?

johnnynivenEC
Supported England from up here for a good 5/6 years now, can remember Finn bursting onto the scene, taking wickets and generally terrifying batsmen with pace and bounce. Absolutely delighted that he's been given another chance in the side, and hoping he can continue to bowl like this and cement a place.
Savage Henry
I like Tufnell. I'd ditch Vic Marks. I like Marks. I'd ditch Simon Mann. Vaughn is excellent. And, despite being an absolute arse as a player, Glenn McGrath is disappointingly good. Edited July 29, 2015 by Savage Henry
Antiochas III
Excellent start for England. Need to get Rodgers early after lunch though. Think the Aussie bowlers will like what they are seeing though.
AberdeenBud
As much as you want to dislike them it's no real surprise Warne and McGrath are excellent broadcasters.
Savage Henry
As much as you want to dislike them it's no real surprise Warne and McGrath are excellent broadcasters. Alan Shearer was an excellent player, but he's an insufferable buffoon as an analyst. But yeah. It's more how personable they seem to be that surprises me. Damien Martyn is another one who was a dick as a player.
AberdeenBud
Aye, not just for being great players, you always felt the two of them had fantastic cricket brains. Both of them would've taken it as a huge insult if the captain was setting the field for them. Edited July 29, 2015 by AberdeenBud
die hard doonhamer
Another for Anderson. Voges departs.
die hard doonhamer
And another! Marsh to Anderson.
Fuctifano
This was traditionally where pesky Aussie wicketkeeper (Healy, Gilchrist, Haddin) comes in and smashes 75 at a run a ball, can Nevill maintain the tradition?
jmothecat
As much as you want to dislike them it's no real surprise Warne and McGrath are excellent broadcasters. Warne is. But his favouritism towards his mates grates a bit. He's clearly livid Haddin isn't playing. Brilliant stuff from England today.

Nope. Bowled leaving the ball to Anderson.
AberdeenBud
Superb bowling. Out shouldering arms, sure sign of a scrambled brain. Bit different than coming in at 400 odd for 4. England all over them like a rash.
AberdeenBud
This is gonna be a great Test now, feared the worst when the Aussies won the toss.
Savage Henry
Gary and Phil Neville out. Splendid stuff. Outstanding by England.
die hard doonhamer
Really concerned about my day 4 and 5 tickets right now. Please rain
Doc Sportello
Australia batting line-up looks so fragile. Whenever one of Rodgers or Smith gets out early, the rest of them just shit the bed. Disappointing stuff.
