Swarley
I thought NZ were a one man team? (ie McCullum). Guptill destroying WIndies all by himself, currently 213 no with 2 overs left Edited March 21, 2015 by Swarley

peasy23
NZ finish up 393-6, Guptill 237 no. Phenomenal Absolutely breathtakingly innings, just went bonkers as they had the wickets in hand, 137 from his last 52 balls.
Latino Lover
Gayle thwarting the sixes about and Vettori taking an unbelievable one of Samuels. They aren't hanging around so had to get out if bed early was hoping if be able to get up at a normal time and catch some of this.
Savage Henry
Wonder who will get Man of the Match in this game?
Fuctifano
Was hoping to get up and watch the end of this but it was already done. Imagine how good Guptill would be if he had more than 7 toes... After a month and a bit the 4 teams most folk thought would get to the semis do so. Still can't see past Australia but NZ vs SA should be an absolute belter.
peasy23
Just a pity all 4 quarter finals ended up one sided. Well worth catching the highlights tonight if you missed it, some tremendous hitting.
Lex
Semis should be good, an Aus v NZ final would be quite the spectacle. Anyone else watching the crickets greatest series on sky sports? It's superb stuff, 30 min documentaries on great players. Watched the Curtly Ambrose and Michael Holding episodes this morning, that's what I call fast bowling! Eednud
Darren Berry sacked as South Australian coach after fifth Sheffield Shield wooden spoon in last 6 seasons. Jason Gillespie being spoken about as a possible coach, especially as he has been appointed coach of Adelaide Strikers for the Big Bash League.
Latino Lover
Predictably tight in Auckland, rain leaves nz require 298 off 43, still very much in the balance and I have to go to work. ????
kullibino
All set up for a fairly tight finish in the first semi.
Lex
This game is fantastic. New Zealand now need 11 off 5 balls to win.... There's just been a crash of South African fielders in the outfield as both went for the same ball.
die hard doonhamer
That's how you win a world cup semi final.
Lex
Wow what a finish. Nz needed 5 from the final two balls to win. Elliot smashed the second last ball for a 6 and the Kiwis are in the final. Superb cricket.
FuzzyBear
Another classic game. Absolutely superb.
Lex
Aussies beat India by 95 runs in Sydney. New Zealand v Aussie final it is then, guess that's the final most neutrals wanted. Would be quite a story if NZ could win the World Cup against Australia in Melbourne. Can't see past the Aussies though. Mitchell Starc has been superb this World Cup.

wulliemc
Fancy brendan to get a mom and win this for the kiwis
Fuctifano
Surely anyone that gives a f**k about this and isn't Australian wants the Kiwis to win? The thought of ubercunt Mitchell Johnson, uberhick Mitchell Starc (Harry Kane's Australian cousin), and uberubercunt Shane Watson celebrating is enough to give any right-minded citizen the boak. Sadly I can see this being a bit 2003 final, Australia win the toss, bat, score 300 (which at the MCG is pretty much 400 anywhere else) and McCullum out in the first over with NZ crawling to about 210 all out.
