Melbourne Stars have now had 12 players test positive for Covid in recent days, but their match against the Renegades has still gone ahead today. Reece Topley took 3 wickets as Stars were all out for 126 on the last ball.

Commentators have mentioned that there will likely be an announcement later that the bulk of the rest of the tourney will be played in Melbourne.

Aussies keeping Boland in, and Travis Head, having tested positive for Covid is replaced by Usman Khawaja. Presumably Australia, having won the Ashes again are simply taking the piss now.

NZ effectively 30/8 now, ooft. Never thought I'd see the day where the betting exchange won't let you put money on Bangladesh to beat the Kiwis away.

Arguably less of a shock than England winning an Ashes test though, fnar fnar.
