If the West Indies took a couple of catches the other day we'd be talking 2-0. That's the difference today. Good score which England always looked like getting, but wickets along the way make all the difference.

I was at work and seen Gayle’s magnificent innings them shocked to see they lost. Should be 2-0.

Englands gonna England. For a team with so much talent, they have zero awareness of managing a situation in a game. Their mindset when batting is always flat out attack and their response to losing wickets is to try and attack even more irrespective of what the situation is actually demanding. In white ball cricket it will work more often than not due to the abilities of the players involved but it will continue to stymie them in tests and perpetuate the heavy win or loss cycle they are locked into at the moment. Will be interesting to see if the change in management will bring a change in the mindset.
