Mo Wonderboy
Gone for a pretty decent EW bet on Inishmot Duchess in the 7.30 at Leopardstown (10/1). Form behind the favourite last time out but this time meets it 11lb better off and that is not including the 7lb claim from the jockey. Ground is a bit dodgy but I can't turn my nose up at those kind of conditions.
DJP
Doubles, Trebles, Accumulator. Went to do a super heinze but that bet alone would have set me back something daft on top of doubles and trebles (was tempted to just do super heinze) Anyone done one before? 1 Striker Torres 2.20 Haydock 12/1 2 Inchy Coo 2.50 Haydock 11/2 3 Forty Proof 3.40 Yarmouth 25/1 4 Steelcut 3.50 Haydock 20/1 5 Brimstone Hill 3.10 Yarmouth 33/1 6 Operation Tracer 4.10 Yarmouth 14/1 7 Rakaan 4.20 Haydock 16/1

Cabbage
Winner at 8/1 This was one of Cabbage's horses to look out for from way back IIRC. Just came on for a wee browse there to see how we were all doing, first time in ages. Don't really bet any more at all (or post here after discovering Twitter!) but I had to log in. That was some double mate hope you lifted a nice wee wedge! Know No Fear has had a few problems but as I mentioned here before they expected him to do well. So it's good to see him winning some races, and good to see your memory is in tip top shape Cityfan! I have however had a few today: Night Carnation @ 4/1 (GP) Win or E/W 14:05 SPRINT STAKES (GROUP 3) 5f 6y Trade Commissioner @ 9/4 (GP) Win or E/W 14:40 HANDICAP 1m 14y Crackerjack King @ 8/1 (GP) Win or E/W 15:45 CORAL-ECLIPSE (GROUP 1) 1m 2f 7y Allied Powers @ 20/1 (GP) Win or E/W 15:25 NEWTON CUP (HANDICAP) 1m 3f 200y Good luck and I hope all the old regulars are doing well!

donkey oaty
I've followed Cecil's horses over the years and seen the good jocks, Piggott, Mercer, Cauthen etc. and I'm totally amazed at how a dumplin like Queally keeps his job---His latest effort on the Abdullah horse, Twice Over, today, saw him once again at his useless worst . This at 16/1 was my only bet of the day and should have been a winner (watch the race on Racing UK if you haven't seen it ). This follows his getting another horse in the same ownership, but trained by Perret, gubbed in a photo at Lingfield last Saturday---certainty beat ! And yes I'm speaking through my pocket, but I think I'm being realistic re this guy's ability . Any opinions ?

Karpaty
How is Ayr looking? been chucking it down for a while here (well it has for about a month now). I've had a bad weekend, £30 down and I don't even normally bet over a fiver on a horse. I've a fiver left in the account so looking at a little outsider each way. Haajes at 7/2 looking well tipped as does Foxy Music at 8/1, both at the 2.00. I've plumped for Foxy Music with the odds drifting to 9/1. Hopefully some respite at the end of it all.
