Ebanda's Handyman Services
I'm sorry but putting John in a worst ever team is ridiculous. He was never given a real chance to show what he can do - and he's a top bloke so I'm sticking up for him.Mark Humphries (aka Mick Hucknall) - was useless but it was hilarious when he was sent off after Shaun Dennis handled on the line Agree with you about John, Dazza totally screwed him over and he is a good lad. I've been trying to remember Mark Humphries name for ages. I remember one game in which he 'played' when he couldnt stop putting the ball out for a throw in when trying to play the ball up the wing. I was getting mad at him but the more he did it, the funnier it got. It was Monty Pythonesque after a while.
RedWeb
I seem to recall Ian McAuley being a former Redweb player of the year RedWeb sponsored him once and having slept on it I admit his inclusion was a mistake Kevin McDonald now has his rightful place in the team from hell

Whistle Blower
Anelkas Duds will always get it in the neck for apporximately 10 minutes of football, however in the last 25+ years of watching Raith these (scottish/english) guys were duds over a longer period of time. The judgement on pishness is relative to the level we were playing at, i.e. Humphries gash for a premier league player, Blair gash for a 2nd division player. GK Allan Blair (saved a shot from Jonny Watson against the pars, then slipped on the line and fell backwards and the ball crossed the line much to the delight of fanta pants) RB Eric Archibald (Shaun Dennis without skill, absolute animal on the pitch on teh up side he snapped Johnny Watson at East End as with most duds shipped to Cowden) LB Mark Humphries (came from Aberdeen during Sir Jimmys losing interest period, Was only selected as we started palying 3 centre backs and he could kick with his left foot CB Steve Corstophine (Chris McLeod without the talent) CB Paul Browne (Premiership experience, and cost £100K, slowest and least aggresive centre back I have ever seen) RM Damien Dunleavy(Jimmy Nic said he was the greatest talent in Ireland, and had trial with Liverpool, absolutely honking footballer) LM Paul Brownlee (see post on 3rd division forum, his dad was a coach so he was a shoe in) CM Bobby Robinson (this guy once got capped by Scotland, signed from Dundee and was gash) CM Hugh Davidson (on loan from Dundee United, and utter gash, on the up side I understand we never paid Utd for his loan) CF Willie Gibson (Scored goals for years at Hearts in the premier league, came to Raith for £12K, and did hee haw, eventually shipped to Cowden in excahnge for Jimmy 'Rambo' Marshall) CF Eric Ferguson (came to Raith via Rangers & Dunfermline and failed to score for 11 atches before frank Connor cashed in his chips and sent him to Cowdenbeath) Subs Tommy Walker - the original flying potato, capped at scotland youth level but never recovered from shipping 8 goals at Ibrox. Iain Phillip (the only player to sign for Raith whilst recovering from a broken leg) Andy Galloway (ex Rangers defender who signed via Canada, this was during Sir Jimmys signing any *** period) Mitch Bavidge (I still have nightmares about this guy, a well known local business man paid £12K for him, Bobby Wilson said if I sign Bavidge we will win the league - we finnished 8th.) Lee Dair Pish pish pish - had a great record as a youth at Rangers, scored goals but was honking, as per usual shipped to Cowden, imagine being the least talented Dair brother

Raith Against The Machine
1. Ramiro Gonzalez (god knows how many goals he cost us) What a legend he was! Managed to single handedly put us out the Scottish Cup by collapsing in a 1-on-1 against Kilmarnock! Also remember him coming to collect a throw-in, realising he couldn't catch it, and having to do keepy-uppies!

Some pub team eh? Ah, right. The Second Division. As I suspected, pub level. The pair of clowns were freed by us after being instrumental in getting us relegated from the 1st the season before that. As I said: clowns. Clowns who found their level quickly.
StewartyMac
Ah, right. The Second Division. As I suspected, pub level. The same three players were also instrumental in giving us the 2nd best record in Division 1 from January onwards the following season. Or is that a pub level as well?
