I saw an 'Est. 2018' a while back.

Some folk presumably don't understand why other companies do this.

Companies that put 1873 as their year of establishment when you know they were established much, much later... :whistle

Not only the burn, but skin cancer isn't pleasant either. The Aussies are very aware of this, doubt the corks on strings do much to help though.

I always refer to driver side and passenger side if asked what side of the car something is on.

I remember asking my Dad why it was called the nearside. He looked puzzled for a moment and said "Well, because it's the nearside of the car."
