Petty Things That Get On Your Nerves...

C'mon Sam, rookie mistake, they'll be on that in seconds.

Just to point out, I have noted Sam's comment, but being a gentleman I refuse to post the obvious innuendo related to her unfortunate dose of herpes.

Nice guy, me.

I bought the Compeed patches, wore one to bed (no idea if I should've or not) and woke up with the fattest lip I've ever seen. My whole lip was on fire and sticking out, and I had to go to work like that. Everybody was staring at it, although too polite to comment. Dad said I might've taken an allergic reaction to the patch, so I bought blisteze tonight after work.

We have no Zovirax in store. I've never had a cold sore before, I'm not familiar with this!

You'll have them plenty times in the future

Zovirax always worked really well with me, but now you have to just get past it in a few days. The important thing is to avoid spreading it around your lips now. Since your lips are all swollen and huge, i would say it is more of an allergic reaction than the cold sore itself. I don't know how the patches work, but it may just be a very strong immuno-modulator.

Listen, if you've been analyzing the "I LOVE NY" Logo for the past 2 hours then it's pretty hard to come up with anything better.

Since you claim to have been analysing it for 2 hours, what are your thoughts on the Logo? and which exact I love NY logo is it?

Think yourself lucky that you dont have to shave SaintSam. (Her face, pervs)

Although shaving over a cold sore does seem to help.

That is a bizarre comment, why would anyone want to shave Saint Sams face?

What is it with you and bizzare comments?

Your having an off day today BT.

As for your question on I love NY logo, it is this one...

iloveny.jpg

I'm not going to bore you to death with it but I feel the typography used is very young and adolescent and aimed at the <40 market. It's basically a tourist thing and most tourists flock to buy t-shirts etc with it on it because of the history and fame it has recieved over the years.

The mixe of type and graphics is edgy but works and the shape of the heart is not typical but sits nicely with the typography.
