Petty Things That Get On Your Nerves...

The fact that there's actually a "Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2" film coming out.

I would have said without doubt that you're lying had I not heard about this on the 5Live film show yesterday afternoon. I also happened to pass Cineworld that had a poster for it on the way home yesterday.

Have you tried Manuka honey Mrs M? I used to have problems with my stomach until I used that stuff. Expensive but did the trick.

I haven't but I'm tempted to try it over the summer to ward off the hay fever. It's a bit of a miracle cure is manuka honey. I use it on wounds and all sorts. It's brilliant stuff.

Give it a go...great stuff.

I thought you had to use honey local to the area to prevent hay fever there?

I think it's supposedly preferable, if you believe in that kind of thing. I don't, personally, buy into alternative medicine, however I'm willing to try the honey as I can kind of see the logic in it. Manuka does have a good deal of supporting evidence suggesting that it's effective too.

I'm not a huge believer in alternative medicine either tbh but I thought it was on the basis of local honey containing the pollen from the local vicinity.

Pollen's pollen, innit?

I'm specifically allergic to tree and grass pollen. It's not that likely to differ to such an extent from one location to another that it's necessary to find local honey. Like I say, the alternative health "specialists" recommend it as a preference but not exclusively.
