When the pub is busy and I'm having a bit of trouble getting to the toilet, or outside for a fag, I'll always tap people on the shoulder and say "excuse me....thanks". But you get some ignorant fuckers who are walking right towards you and don't show any signs of slowing down, so you need to step back, or go to the side to let them past. I'll give the usual raised eyebrows to say "on ye go", and then the arseholes will just walk through without saying a word. I moan about a lot of things, I know that, and I've accepted it, but the one thing that really pisses me off about people is the lack of manners. I was in town with the bairn yesterday and I stood and waited with the pram (he was crying and needing a feed) for this fat boot to pass me before I could get onto the pavement. She didn't even acknowledge that I'd waited. So I shouted after her "you're welcome!". So bloody rude.
