Guest
People who actually can't say some words properly. A few examples. I work in a bar and hate it when someone orders a bottle of 'Millers' I don't see any fucking 's' on the end of Miller! I play poker every thursday at the casino and it drives me up the wall when people speak about 'The World Serious of Poker.' Is it so hard to say World SERIES of Poker Oh yeah and when people say they're watching Deal or No Deals. Again with the uncalled for 'S'

I had a big argument with my next door neighbour a while ago as I was convinced it was Millers! What bar do you work in if you don't mind me asking?
An Sionnach
What bar do you work in if you don't mind me asking? He told me once but I've forgotten. It's a well-known big hotel type thing on the main road north out of the town centre. I could trail back through all my posts the time before I met L-M and was in Aberdeen (January I think) and find out if you like!

shetlandbairn
Apart from the obvious, where exactly is the West End of Aberdeen?!
Guest
Apart from the obvious, where exactly is the West End of Aberdeen?! When you reach the top of Union Street which is attached to holburn Street...don't go left just keep going and you will eventually reach the West End.

Aye, I tried it in King Tuts, and I'm sure I've had it in places in Aberdeen, too, but unless I'm getting free drinks, I'm as well staying down this end of Union Street.

Lisa Cuddy
Would do my very best, but that's a sackable offence in the dutcher I'm sorry, but you've just called it 'The Dutcher'. To enter an establishment known as 'The Dutcher' would just be against everything I stand for. And I would just like to point out that Shetlandbairn means that he's with me in the sense that he agrees with me, and not in any geograpical sense.
