I don't think 20 minutes is reasonable tbh. I'd say waiting that long before getting annoyed is patient

You see, you should time the downing of your pint or coffee so you can enjoy the time while waiting.  I'd have thought you would have learned your lesson by now if it's such a regular occurrence.

I actually quite like it. 

Peston is the master of it though.  A huge sigh mid-sentence then 20 words rattled out in 5 seconds.
