Whats the new album like? Heard it is going to be a return to the old days. But I can't see anything eclipsing 100 broken windows, my all time fav album. From the 2 songs I have heard, it seems to be more like the remote part, which is probably my least favourable of all the idlewild albums. Neil Posted February 4, 2007 Share Posted February 4, 2007 My brother was pretty disappointed as he'd read that it would be a return to the old days, but to be honest I didn't see it happening. They're never going to be as frenetic as they used to be... I remember watching a gig at the QMU where Bob came out, head busted up as he'd rattled it off his bass headstock. That said, the new album is pretty Rawk. A lot heavier than the last. The song writing is getting better and better. Nice. Very jealous. Whats the new album like?
