can't abide anything else that she's done, but if ever a song was crying out to be twice as long as its actual duration, and continue to get increasingly out of order until it reaches a screaming, mental crescendo, this is it...

Just saw this posted elsewhere.

I can't say I've heard much apart from Wonderwall and Don't look Back in Anger by Oasis. I think I'm going to give them a listen. Any song recommendations?

I have become a child of the iPod generation and find that it is very rare for me to listen to albums.  I tend to just shuffle my library.

So with that in mind the next ten songs are; Artist/Song/Album

Strumbarrellas - Ride On - We still move on dancefloors

John Lennon - Mother - Plastic Ono Band

Courteeners - Please Don't - St Jude

Lady Ga Ga - Just Dance - The Fame

Born Free - I don't know - Welcome to Zamrock!

Cut Copy - Lights & Music - In Ghost Colours

Clean Cut Kid - Vitamin C - Vitamin C

Bo Diddley - Love is Strange - The Blues Successes

Florence and the Machine - Kiss with a fist - American Dreams

Will Smith - Miami - Big Willie Style

For once nothing too embarrassing, and a couple of hipster, hey look at how cool I am bits.

Picks of the bunch - Please Don't by the Courteeners and Lights and Music by Cut Copy.

Hipster Cool, I liked them before they were even formed pick; is the compilation Album - Welcome to Zamrock!  Which is a collection of Zambian artists trying to be Rolling Stones, Bowie etc but with an Zambian/african twist.
