As @Diamond Oracle says it's full time for the vast majority, we have a few part timers, L1 POTY Calum Gallagher being an example. Think it was done with the fact in mind that when we were in L1 the very best Part Timers tend to be better than the bottom end of the FT market. We'll be retaining a good few of our current squad but will absolutely need to strengthen in a couple of key positions, particularly LB and a CB. Led to believe it is only one PT player in Gallagher, The Hybrid training apparently puts some players off, most full time players want to train week day mornings with a wed off for example, AIrdrie train full time Monday morning , Tuesday night, Off Wed, Thursday night and Friday morning, and the 2 night sessions suit the Part tiners(1) and the Under 18 Academy lads who train also, it seems to work, under 18s have won the league and obviously we have just won the playoff.... 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
