Win today and we can cash in our "86 payback voucher" with Celtic for next week's game, fourth place will well and truly be on the cards....

You were paid £50K at the time; waited for compound interest & the laundering process to complete, then bought your new sticklebrick stadium with it

HT 2-0
Fair reflection so far, we've certainly been the better side. Clark's made a decent save, we've had a goal chalked off and scored two fine ones. Dominant.
Great to see Captain Joe back on the scoresheet and to see the manager admit he made a mistake earlier in the season leaving him out. He's our best defender and a goal threat, been outstanding as per today. Let's hope he continues to start every week. Stalwart.
Ryan Strain loves sticking a free kick in the net in front of those stricken travelling Jambos. Two this season. Easy.  What a player he is, POTY guarantee IMO.
Hearts are rubbish. Let's keep the foot on the throat and try run up a score second half, make a dent in the goal difference.
Hopefully sub Taylor at half time too, he's on a yellow and looking likely for a second one.

Had to laugh at Greive. His job there is to stand a few yards ahead of the defence but don't go for the ball ffs.

Hearts fans fantastic support, and fantastic support of the minute’s applause.

Hearts also best team in first 10 minutes, but Saints great after that and 2-0 about right.

Speaks volumes that going off 2-0 up the ref gets booed.

Quite an astonishingly one-sided display.  Hearts have two yellow cards, should be 5.

And the threshold for what constitutes a foul is so much lower for Saints. Any time a Hearts player hits the deck it’s a foul.

And it seemed to get worse as the half went on.

Anyway, huge half for us after a couple of very disappointing results. Holding on for the win here will be huge.

Yeah, can't believe Halliday didn't get booked for that challenge in the first 5 minutes or so. About as stonewall as a challenge gets. Then Taylor gets (rightly) booked for a challenge on Oda, who does the same thing to Tanser two minutes later but it's not a booking. Absolutely fucking bizarre tbh.

Halliday's one on Kiltie was a really bad tackle. It's as clear a yellow card as you'll see. He then had a trip a few minutes later and still wasn't booked.

Rowles, Taylor, Strain all booked for cynical fouls but Haring and Oda get off with them.
