SirJimmyofNic
Whoever finishes 9th have nothing to worry about in the play offs, unless like Falkirk tonight you shite the bed

Although I’m not sure Ayr were FT at that point like they are now, so possibly even longer ago than that. Aye we went full time at the start of the 17/18 season when we won League 1. So don't know when the last 'all full-time' second tier was. Maybe 08/09? Were Clyde full time then? Edited March 8, 2023 by AuAl

Corrections welcomed.
Smokerson
It seems we are shite and can’t buy a win but on a run of 4 unbeaten and draw specialist. It would seem Hamilton are equally shite and Cove are even shittier

ayrunitedfw
Hamilton were dreadful today. Thought they had something about them in the 3-2 game earlier in the season but seem to have regressed since then.
Scotty Tunbridge
If it wasn’t already obvious before it is pretty clear two teams will be going down this season. There is absolutely no chance the team that finishes 9th comes through the play offs. At least they won’t have the agony of being relegated in the play off final as they will have already been papped out by Alloa/Airdrie/Edinburgh in the semi.

TxRover
Looking like a race between a tortoise (Arbroath), a two legged dug (Accies) and a dead squirrel (Cove). Seems to be going as expected.
CoveRangers1922
Shootout between ourselves and Accies to see who wants even further punishment in the form of playoffs. Realistically Accies will clinch 9th with 2 points from their last 3. Would mean we would need 2 wins, due to goal difference, and although possible the odds aren't in our favour to do so. D'Jaffo
I don’t see Cove picking up any more points. Hamilton will lose in the playoff semis and we’ll be joined by either Falkirk or Airdrie.
ExiledLichtie
We're not safe yet. We need to grind another couple 0-0s out of Hamilton and Cove.

Without pouring through any facts, seems like you’ve gone further back since Hartley returned. Or is it just the other two have perked up a bit?

Although apparently they have quite a few injuries at the moment so it’s probably hard to gauge accurately.
