Just read on twitter that adult admission will be £25.

That's £7 less than the recent league game but still too much.

Given my view of that midden - £25 too much.

It's more money for your club, especially as many of their fans reputedly signed up to their cup scheme, which means you should get a turn out of around 40,000.

How many tickets have Saints shifted for this?

I'd be surprised if it tops 1k, tbh. Think we took about 600 to the league game. From a financial perspective, this fixture is good, but that's really not a priority despite what gets written about our finances.

From a footballing perspective, it's as bad as it can get for us. Plus, it doesn't have the 'big day out' feel that it would have done for Morton fans in the last round. That's not even a dig at them; there's only so many doings you can take at Parkhead before the novelty wears off. And yes, we're the last Scots team to beat you there but there were no fans in the ground and we'd be lying if we pretended that wasn't a factor.

Spoiler

(Here's how the table stood after that game that day. Mental how far behind you were, and ridiculous that we still failed to get top six that season!)

Is Watt allowed to play? Didn't feature for United in the last round but was an unused sub and that used to be enough for someone to be cup tied.

Hope someone at the club has double checked after what happened to Queen's Park.

Pretty sure you have to take to the field to be cup tied, but aye, can you imagine knocking Celtic out at Celtic Park - and then getting kicked out on a technicality!

Haven't been to Parkhead since the last time we played them there in the Scottish Cup. We took the lead thanks to Harry Davies that day, and led up to the 58th minute, before getting papped 4-1.

Would certainly never go there for a league game, but the cup is more important, IMO, so £25 for the worst away day in Scotland it is. We are the only Scottish team that can beat Celtic this season, so we might aswell knock them out the cup too... probably not.

5-0

Did we not also hit the bar to almost make it 2-0?

I see Douglas Ross is one of the officials.

Hopefully a big crowd there to chuck (verbal) abuse at him 🙂

I'd never normally encourage people throwing things at the officials but will make an exception for that fucking reptile, hope he gets absolute dogs abuse, scumbag.

This game definitely going ahead? Passed by near Nuneaton Street last night and the amount of smoke around there up towards the Emirates and Celtic Park made it look like the fire is still going on nearly 2 days after it started.

Traffic will be even worse than usual if it's all still shut.

Judging by our Twitter page which is dishing out content for tomorrow I would say so
