People You Mix Up

As the years are passing, I find myself mixing up people.  Having spotted an article about Esther Rantzen having cancer, my sympathy was limited until I realised I had mixed her up with the egg thief Edwina Currie.

Do any other P&B'rs get people mixed up?

Keep thinking Weathers was Lando Calrissian.

Doesn't help matters when he appeared in The Mandalorian.

I'm always having to do a double take whenever either of Sam Neill and Hugo Weaving are onscreen.

I think I recall some confusion when it came to Collin Samuel and Jason Scotland.

Billy Joel and Billy Ocean - not for their looks, obviously.

Always confuse the two when their music is discussed.

Not people as such, but I’m absolutely convinced that the music of Glasgow rockers Travis and the Welsh four piece Stereophonics are completely indistinguishable from one another.

I once thought, for frankly far too long, that John Collins had returned to Fulham late on on his career as there was a boy called Collins John whose name would come up on the vide-printer .

Around the same time, Fulham’s front two were the confusing Louis Saha and Facundo Sava.

I’m not seeing it, stereophonics had a few pretty dour songs but were mostly fairly uplifting compared to travis. I can’t see similarities in Fran/Kelly’s voices either.

Matt Damon and Leonardo di Caprio. Couldn’t follow The Departed because i thought it was the same character. Rewatched the film about a year after the first viewing, and made the exact same mistake.
