Radford
How big is this one! Motherwell with 1 league win in 13 games but surely boosted by the arrival of Riku Danzaki. St Johnstone on 7 straight defeats and 1 win in 10 games but having finally ditched the back three system that has stunk out the place for over 12 months. Never been a 0-0 between the teams at Fir Park and I'm not sure either would really be happy with that result on Wednesday. Simply stopping the rot probably isn't enough. Saints have played well twice against Rangers, both as a team and individually and your hope is that if they can produce that in a non-Old Firm game, it gives you a chance of taking the points. Obviously not yet clear if club will appeal Nicky Clark's red card and if that would be heard before Wednesday but imagine biggest dilemma for the manager is in attack. Does playing a second striker instead of Hallberg take the handbrake off a little, or too much? If Clark isn't available, who do you play alongside May? Biggest game of the season so far for Saints. Do the Steelmen feel the same way?
Busta Nut
No. We're resigned to shiteness and probable relegation. Our biggest worry (or the clubs, should be) is apathy among the support.
Handsome_Devil
We have zero chance of keeping a clean sheet. 1-1 or 1-2.
RandomGuy.
Looking forward to Phillips v Goss tbh.
'WellDel
It's gone beyond 'must not lose' and very much into 'must win' territory now. Cannae see it though, being as we are a gang of spineless, shitebag losers. Another night of cold, abject Fir Park misery awaits. Oh fucking joy.

Phillips455
If only thetr would be any actual hope. I cant see us even drawing let alone winning. Especially when the line up is announced and both Goss and Lamie are starting again.....
perthsaint1977
Our gaffer will shit the bed like Aberdeen away recently and we will lose 2 nil without laying a glove on. Genuinely cannot see where our next win comes from.
Gianfranco
If we don’t win then I’m just about in the Hammell out camp. Surely by the law of averages we are due a win.
MP_MFC
2 in 18…a win every 9 games. And our last win was 9 games ago. Maybe you’re right. 1 hour ago, Gianfranco said: If we don’t win then I’m just about in the Hammell out camp. tree house tam
St Johnstone will get beat. Callum will blame everything but himself. The board will do nothing. It's the new St Johnstone way.
boozyBJ
As a Motherwell fan, I really want Stevie Hammell to succeed in the job but if we don’t win this game I’m afraid that could be curtains for him.

Jamie_Beatson
Surely you look at that Aberdeen now as the prime example of what not to do. Up against a team in horrible form and we just decided not to take part in the game, didn’t attempt to win it then not surprisingly lost. Thats not an option here. Win this and we separate ourselves from the bottom spots by a wide margin. Lose and we’re right in amongst it. The only option is to go out and try to win it. Matthews Brown Mitchell Considine Montgomery Wright Phillips MacPherson Wotherspoon May Clark

RandomGuy.
Awful feeling we'll appeal the Nicky Clark suspension so hes available and then not bother starting him, as Hallberg as the "second striker" is getting doubts cast upon it already and that'll give the manager a reason to try and force it to work. We should probabty start Jamie Murphy simply because footballs football and he'll score against Motherwell. Id be half tempted by... Matthews Brown - Mitchell - Considine - Montgomery Wright - MacPherson - Phillips - Murphy Clark - May But thats very harsh on McLennan whos done well on the left and wouldnt deserve to lose his spot.
Costanza
One nil Motherwell, Tony Watt with the goal.
