Moorie
Worst thing about the segregation at pittodrie is they have stopped the away fans being right next to the fence. Always a highlight the serge to the fence when we score. Cove have a fence up as segregation and a steward down the bottom end of the main stand that still lets you past to go for a piss at the away side

SJFCtheTeamForMe
The St. Johnstone one is the biggest nonsense. At least the Hearts one the fans are in the same stand. Closing of a section in the East Stand and North Stand to segregate fans who are already separated by 40 yards of pitchside makes very little sense. If you're going to jump the 4 foot wall and run the 40 yards to the other fans then you're going to do that regardless of whether you're located in the section nearest there or not.

For this to be truly representative of Hearts fans you’d need to swap out the SNP for BNP.

Yep, doesn't make any sense. Here's a shot from 4 months ago vs Aberdeen: Blocked off section in our end, big strip of seats blocked off in the North Stand for the sake of keeping fans a further 10m or so apart. Also a big steward/police presence standing there in the middle with their hands in the pockets doing f**k all. We need them though in case it all kicks off, apparently. Piece of nonsense. Compare that to vs Dundee in 1999: Poor quality but you get the idea. No seats blocked off and less steward/police for a big derby match with over 10k in attendance. Are Scottish football fans really that barbaric in this day and age that all these extra precautions are necessary? I don't believe so. I wonder if the Hibs Green Party percentage would be above average.
LIVIFOREVER
The stewards on the gates outside St Mirren's ground is pretty silly, keeping Livi fans from going to their cars until St Mirren fans have gone past, like all 200 of us were going to attack them. Was esp silly the last time i was there when the inflatable thingy that stopped you from going around the gates was lying deflated on the ground, so you just walked over it, and the stewards were still standing besides the gates keeping them closed till all the St Mirren fans had left.
