Celtic v Rangers. League Cup final. 26 February

Well done to the two largest teams by fan base and budgets making yet another final. Like shooting fish in a barrel.

When you consider they also have the refs in their back pocket it makes it all the more remarkable.

A huge achievement for both teams.

3pm kick-off confirmed.

Also plenty of teeth gnashing from the Celtic fans that it's Rangers v Celtic and not Celtic v Rangers. For some reason they think that reaching the final first makes you the "home team".

Presumably that comes from the same book of nonsense as "first semi out the hat is played first".

We have better players, better looking players and a better manager. Nicer kits, better patter and bigger baws.

Extra time written all over it.

Just because Hagi is injured doesn't mean he doesn't count!

Lovely looking lad

Debenture ticket prices sent out yesterday

£55 for seats in the Bronze area (That's penalty box towards the ends of the South upper) and £80 for the seats in the middle on a Silver debenture (They have lounge access)

I would therefore guess the general admission will be in the £50 for the North stand and South (lower) and £40 behind the goals.

Have they decided which ends of the ground each teams fans will be at yet? 😂😂😂😂

I see that the prices are pretty outrageous as well but if it sells out then there can’t be any complaints.

Unfortunately it would also set a precedent for prices at future finals though.

The social media scrutiny of the refereeing appointments for this has already went into overdrive. I expect any VAR fallout from this weekend's fixtures to be off the scale if there is even the slightest of contentious issues.
