He came back the following season and was pretty poor. Didn’t seem to do much at Accies either but there is a good player in there and he’s still only 23. QP* and Ayr are serious about trying to win this league; b. Arbroath, certainly, but possibly also Accies could make the bottom of the table an absolute killing field by April.
