ExiledLichtie
Dropping our only creative goalscorer because of a petty feud? Playing most of the match without a recognised striker? I believe a different manager could get more out of the players we have signed. Time to go Dick, sorry.

If that's true and he is complaining about the fans again then he needs to just go tonight... Always blaming someone else
Reid
Only got there for the second half but didn’t think we were great and 3-0 flattered us. Thankfully Arbroath were absolutely dreadful. We just looked a team low on confidence but hopefully the victory will fix that. Thought Milne was excellent and the goal line clearance was ridiculous. One worry is that Tiffoney, despite getting an assist looked miles off being fit. Edited November 19, 2022 by Reid
jagfox
Easiest win we've had this season. Fair play to the 196 away fans who made the journey. Two bus loads in The Star and Garter pre-match. Unfortunately for them that is the worst team I've seen in the league this season. Looks like a head to head with Hamilton to avoid bottom spot. Seriously lack a presence up front.

He had a great game. Fitzpatrick is Cammy Smith 2.0

Ken Deans
Both teams were poor. Ezy to see why Arbroath are struggling. Next game is huge for us. Mon Jags can still do this

What a turnaround from seven months ago where Arbroath fans were kissing the ground he walked on. Shameful behaviour.

Thought we improved second half and while 3-0 flattered us we deserved the win. Definitely got a couple of breaks though, the first goal going in off Graham's knee when Turner's free kick wasn't intended for him and Hoti's chance in the second half at 1-0 going over the bar after our entire defence left the ball to each other are things that probably haven't gone for us the last few weeks. The first goal was one of five or six set pieces where we tried something fancy and none of them worked as intended, but fortunately that one ended up in the net. Tiffoney looked so far off the pace I thought he could have been taken back off again after about ten minutes but was a decent assist for the second goal after Bannigan forgot how to walk for about 10 seconds but still had enough time to play him through. Other comedy moment was the ref being on his arse when Milne made that headed clearance off the line at 3-0. Much needed win and after Cove (assuming QP get back to Lesser as intended) we don't play a game outside Glasgow until 14th January. At this stage a win against Cove would be more important in terms of separating us from the bottom 3. Kelty at home next week won't be a walkover but going into it with a better frame of mind than this morning anyway.

I Clavdivs
Scoreline flattered us and thought Arbroath played the better football .Anyhoos nice to get back to basics ,winning ugly, keeping cleansheets((Harry Milne’s sublime goal line clearance a standout ),clearing our lines and showing a lot more spirit .Too early to say we’re back on track but a good day at the office….Cheerie bye now.
