How is it? They dug deep and held their heads high all game, even creating chances right at the death. Its a big pyramid and clubs like Eglington are welcome. They should be proud of their efforts and still chasing and trying to play a passing game.

They lost 14 goals and dug deep, been better if they dug a trench across the 18 yard box.

Hahaha

nah honestly a lot of teams would have resorted to hammer thrower tactics etc, they at least tried to pass the ball about and get forward. Theyre a young team, new to the wosl etc so these kind of things can happen, we just happened to have pretty much one of those games where almost every shot resulted in a goal (hit the post twice too). Hamish Mackinlay’s strike in the second half was incredible, no keeper was stopping that.

Is it not a myth that teams getting a doing just resort to kicking people. I have seen Talbot give out a fair few hammering over the years especially in the early rounds of the Junior Cup including double figures a few times and I don't remember any of those teams turning into hammer throwers. They were usually just a team of young boys massively outclassed but tried their best until the end
