Hearts deserved the point but we should have killed them off with the penalty and then the absolutely ridiculous attempt from Pittman 1 on 1. I wonder if the amount of soft handballs given recently played on the referees' minds but this one was a pretty clear case of hand to ball. The second half was terrible, I think largely because Snodgrass and Devlin weren't on it, which was my worry before the game. The red card and penalty save seemed to galvanise us a bit and it was a mental game after that with sitters missed at both ends. We got away with one from Cochrane who absolutely should have been sent off. Astonished that wasn't given. We should theoretically be stronger after the break and we've got some favourable fixtures coming but maybe people will stop saying we're shoo-ins for 3rd now.
