Steven Fletcher getting a wee semi

Fletcher looks ridiculous. He can't be too far off 40.

I suppose if you're going to spend all that money on a hair transplant you might as well make it worthwhile, even if it makes you look like a plonker.

He's obviously been watching Samurai movies in the recent past.

The positive Baccus can take from the VAR review is it'll showcase what he did in that passage of play. Brilliant how he managed to come away with the ball. Not just a quality footballer but an absolute terrier in the middle of the park.

Jamie who?

The f**k have Utd done to McGrath? That's twice now I've seen him absolutely toothless playing out wide.

A superb signing.

Eight tackles to overturn possession today and never tires.

I hardly noticed that he was playing today.

Which is a bit sad given how much talent he has.

TBH, answered your own question there. Boy's a decent number 10 and not much more so it's nuts to play him elsewhere.

He doesn't get near our first XI at the moment, especially now we don't get given penalties any more.

What a day to book hospitality. at the dinkydome for the first time in three years. Magnificent day out… having said that, VAR might see me chuck watching fitba’. Cheered like a lunatic, then in stepped VAR. When Greive scored, was the first thing I did cheer like a lunatic? No. First thing I did was look to see if VAR would rule it out - then cheered.

This isn’t how it’s meant to be, Fcuk VAR. i might genuinely chuck it in next season.

I said that to my son's you might as well sit and wait to see if it's going to be allowed .

Yup. Said to the guys at our table - hand on heart, if Dundee United had scored the Ayunga goal, would never have expected it to be ruled out through the square root of fcuk all back at the halfway line.

When Greive scored, I genuinely never immediately jumped out of my seat and went ‘yassss!’. I first sat and looked to see if the officials were going to VAR.

Fcuk this for a game of soldiers. I genuinely sat and pondered if I want any part of this anymore.

Greive scored I was still out my seat and cheering, VAR or not. If I was chucking football the shitty refs and performances would have seen to that years ago!

The decision to rule out Ayunga's goal is rubbish however and not what I'd say is the spirit of VAR. Fair enough if it's something very serious or obvious, but this wasn't a foul, Baccus is being pulled himself and it's also a good bit before the goal. Would love to see them do that in an Old Firm game....

Never mind we played really well. United had a lot of possession but did nothing with it. They looked shite until Fletcher came on but didn't look great. We hit the bar and post about 4 times, but better luck we'd have been out of sight.

Also McGrath out wide is hilarious and sad that he's been playing so poorly for a player with talent.

Every goal gets checked by VAR though, easy for me to say but it's better to live in the moment. I went wild for both goals, celebrated the first one as well but that felt weird right away as the players weren't celebrating.

Just as well we won because if that call cost us 2 points we'd be absolutely livid right now.

The best thing about it is they gave us Carson and their keeper is half as good, if that 😂.

Not sure if today was a typical performance of his, but the Australian keeper United signed must be really bad if he cant get a game ahead of him.
