Couple of good bits of play from Todd for us but Mochrie has been quiet and Wighton hasn't been given much. Felt that Montrose had the better opening ten, but we've been the better side since then with a few good chances. One goal will do it you feel. No idea what our approach was supposed to be. What was our gameplan? Extremely concerning stuff today. Worse, it was pretty predictable. broomiesniper Posted October 22, 2022 Share Posted October 22, 2022 Great victory for Montrose, fairly even first half with little on the way of chances for either team but Petrie’s subs changed the game in second half. Wright took both his goals well, credit to Sinclair who again made 2 or 3 excellent saves at crucial times. Still can’t believe St. Johnstone never kept him to challenge for the starting spot this season but it’s certainly our gain.
