IMO all pot 1 teams qualify, and all pot 2 teams qualify except:

Norway (pot 3) over Scotland

Türkiye (pot 4) over Wales

Sweden (pot 3) over Austria

Romania (pot 3) over Israel

Would give playoffs of:

League C

Georgia v Luxembourg

Greece v Kazakhstan

League B

Israel v Iceland

Scotland v Ukraine

League A:

Austria v Latvia

Wales v Estonia

The Rep of Ireland's draw shows exactly why it was vital to get Pot 2.

Trying to shitfest your way to tournaments has its downsides and it’s great to see them getting what they deserve.

How would you describe Slovenia, who Norway lost to on the same matchday?

Shite?

However, what you or I think about other teams means absolutely f**k all in how the group will go.

Scotland have regularly lost to pish teams previously and have not automatically qualified for a major tournament this century.

Türkiye are a gang. Wales will finish above them even if Top Knot Dickhead has retired.

Also, only a maximum of one League D team can make playoffs so Latvia can't.

Latvia are also Turkey's 'Georgia' with Turkey only beating them twice in 7 attempts.

On the Kebab and Efes forum their fans won't be happy at their draw.

Türkiye is a very small country, can’t imagine they have enough fans to have a vibrant online forum community.

If we have an away tie in June I take it Norway is the best option?

I've got the fear about this.

Don't have the fear the price of drink in Oslo isn't too bad and the sports bar in the centre normally does happy hour prices for when we are in town

Decent draw. Could have been better but certainly could have been worse.
If we don’t finish in the top two we simply don’t deserve to qualify for the Euros.

I like our group. It wouldn't have been my first choice for any of the teams but I like that we aren't playing someone we have played particularly recently so that keeps things fresh and having a five team group gives arguably gives a bit more flexibility depending on how important friendly games are viewed in terms of seeding or otherwise.

Northern Ireland's draw shows exactly why we should've just dropped down to pot 5.

Hmm. Not sure if I'd prefer our group, or the Norn's.

Spain/Denmark probably about the same, Norway better than Finland or Slovenia, Georgia & Cyprus probably better than Kazakhstan...yeah, they've maybe got it easier than us. Weird.

Obviously haaland is a worry when playing Norway but he is a different proposition when playijg for them when he doesn’t have the likes of de bruyne setting him up.

Whilst it’d be wrong to base all our worries about Norway purely on them having Haaland it’s also complete folly to dismiss him as KDB isn’t Norwegian given the lad has 21 goals in 23 International matches.
