A new website has been set up at  www.CAT22.org  to assist clubs and individuals to form a large group which will demand that SPFL reform into a National League system open to all clubs. Similar to most European access levels, particularly Austria, the plan envisages two Premiers (12-12) underpinned by three regional Championship.A and five Championship.B, with Nine district leagues. The alternative would be a `class action` against the top five levels, made possible by new laws in Scotland, as well as, a specific `competitions` CAT (Class Action Tribunal) for UK. It likely will also be aimed at removing SFA Rules designed to prevent access and competition.

Those who have seen the film `Erin Brokovitch`may understand what this involves.

You're selling yourself short, why not Mahatma Gandhi or Emmeline Pankhurst? Maybe William Wilberforce?

Don Quixote would probably be more appropriate though.

Below the Lowland League is the East of Scotland Football League (60 clubs, including one reserve team, 4 divisions); the South of Scotland Football League (12 clubs, including two reserve teams); and the West of Scotland Football League (79 clubs, 5 divisions).

Thank you for that information. And your point is?
