microdave
The fitba is back following last week's unnecessary (imo) postponments. This will be the first ever league match between the clubs although I'm reliably informed that there were two Scottish cup ties in a bygone era and unfortunately the scores were left unrecorded. Will the Rosey-Posey close the gap back to five points or will the Sons equal Forfar Athletic's L2 record of starting a season with seven consecutive wins?
The Moonster
I hope we absolutely pump them, mainly because they refer to themselves as "Rosey-Posey".

Frank Quitely
I was wondering if anyone has a photo of Sons fans enjoying a day out at New Dundas Park.
WhoAmI
Although Bonnyrigg hit 3 past us without reply and Dumbarton got 1 in our 2 home defeats so far I can’t see anything other than a Dumbarton win.

Well my grey matter seems to be working a lot better than yours. Bonnyrigg Rose were drawn at home to Dumbarton and drew nil-nil. Tour goalkeeper was the Man of the match. The replay at Dumbarton on 7th December 2016. It pissed of rain the whole game and “The Rose” scored the winner through a magnificent 20yd strike from Adam Nelson in the 84th minute. The Rose were a Junior football club at the time and an away victory for a junior club against a Championship club maybe a record that the Rose cherish and embarrass Dumbarton. That embarrassing defeat may be the reason it it unrecorded in the Dumbarton archives. C’mon The Rose -

microdave
MacLean, McKee and Garrity could all feature while Gemmell may miss out and Lynch definitely won't be involved. I'd bring McKee in for Wilson if his injury has fully healed but the others are going to have to earn their place from the bench for the time being.

I'm sure JG other half is expecting any time soon so that will probably be the situation with that. I would pretty much agree with that though. Having options like MacLean on the bench is much more positive again too, given how weak our bench has been in the last couple of matches.
microdave
I was fearing JG had a knock so that's good news on all counts.
Thommo90
Most likely won't start but hoping MacLean is fully fit. If he is on his game I don't think there will be a better winger in the league.
O'Kelly Isley III
If McLean and Garrity are fit and on the bench tomorrow then based on what I've seen they should be brought on ahead of Wylde and Wallace. And I'm not convinced that McLean shouldn't even start in place of Orsi.

microdave
Declan Byrne will score his first hat-trick for the Sons tomorrow in a routine 2-0 win.
Sons Fan
Looking forward to this game, always good to meet new league opponents. Still scared by our performance away to you guys in the cup a couple of years ago so fingers crossed a home win can help banish it.
bravehearts dad
Unpopular or not I will make a 2nd visit to the Rock today. Would like to think we could repeat the result of the last time. It will certainly be a tough match and if The Rose can score first, then who knows the final outcome. C’mon The Rose
