ExiledLichtie
Every single aspect of that, from the line up, to the quality of football, to the referee, the weather, the opposition, the subs, made that one of the worst things I have ever seen.
foreverarover
The most tragic thing about that game was the TV stream. Camera following crisp packets and the linesman's bald head. The far side of the pitch you couldn't see what the hell was going on.
SirJimmyofNic
Phew, that was more difficult than it should have been , but in the end its 3 more points Edited October 19, 2022 by SirJimmyofNic

philpy
My eyes are sore. Not just because of the fitba on offer, but because the cameraman forgot to use his fucking zoom function.
OhnononoGeordieMunro
Really poor game of football. We completely took control in the 2nd half and should have won by more. Few points: - Arbroath on that showing finish bottom. - Sam Stanton is the best player to ever play the game. - Unbeaten under the Mickey Cameron assistant reign. - As much as Connell missed a couple of chances he was miles better that big John, got to start him Saturday and for a few weeks was at least getting in the right positions. - Scott Brown was perfect for that game. - Defensively we were solid in tough conditions. Weather made that a tough 3pts but definitely welcomed.

clashcityrocker
Well that was awful and just about as bad as I have seen all season. But I will leave it to those who are more eloquent with their words to describe just how desperate that was ......also Hilson who in recent weeks has been playing some of his best football in recent years starts on the bench.......

Starting to think the biggest impediment to us winning games is Sam Stanton passing the ball instead of doing it all himself. Connell's chances frustrating as hell and we really miss Gullan. On the other hand he at least had the nous to get into the right positions to waste the chances.
CountryBumpkin
Luckily we weren't relying on Connell to score today. He needs to learn from these misses because until Gullan is back, he has to be our starter over the dud.
Michael W
Not pretty, but 3 points is all you can ask for. That was a very important win after last week's kick in the teeth and results elsewhere going against us. Puts a bit of distance back between ourselves and the bottom spots. Should have been a bit more comfortable than it was, but if you're wondering why we aren't doing great this season, our deficiencies in front of goal were neatly summed up by Connell missing two glorious chances within two minutes. Whilst it should've been more, Macdonald's outstanding save in the first half kept us in it. Thought Ngwenya looked sharp and Sam Stanton again ran the show for us. He is looking again like the player we thought we had signed shenanigans he made his first couple of appearances for us, and long may that continue. basher brash
Thought the wind was a big factor Arbroath had the advantage 1st and probably were depending on scoring and not conceding , 2nd half Rovers should have been out of sight but take that any day of the week and a clean sheet , also aren’t we the second best in the league for least goals conceded which obviously points to where we are lacking is up front Edited October 19, 2022 by basher brash
lichtie23
Absolute pish. Midfield was completely overrun and we did nothing to change that.
lichtiekev
Could of been 4 or 5, Awful tactics, awful substitutes, No one can defend that tonight
Specky Ginger
A pleasant change to see another team huff and puff without creating very much. Rock solid second half from Rovers. Defended well, midfield spoiled where necessary and created where necessary. Thought the missed chances would bite us, but thankfully not.
steakngravy
On his form just now should we not be bending over backwards to get Stanton to extend his contract. Over to you John Simm.
